Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients and let sit for about 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with chips
