Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups of oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • Frosting
  • 1 stick margarine softened
  • 8 oz cream chees softened
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans of walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cake

Combine all ingredients and mix throughly. Pour into a grased and floured 9x13 pam. Bake at 325 to 350 for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool


Fosting

Cream margarine and creamed cheese. Add vanilla, sugar and nuts. Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake.

Keep in frig.
