Ingredients
- 1 1/4 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1 8OZ BOX TACO DINNER KIT
- 2/3 C WATER
- 2 10OZ CANS ENCHILADA SAUCE
- 1/2 C SLICED GREEN ONIONS
- 2 C SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE
- 3 C SHREDDED LETTUCE
- 1/2 C SOUR CREAM
- 1 C SLICED BLACK OLIVES
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT OVEN TO 325* SPRAY 9X13 PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
COOK GROUND BEEF, DRAIN. STIR IN SEASONINGS FRON DINNER KIT AND WATER. COOK AS DIRECTED ON BOX.
POUR 1 CAN ENCHILADA SAUCE INTO BAKING PAN. BREAK TACO SHELLS IN HALF, LAYER HALF OF SHELLS OVER SAUCE. TOP WITH GROUND BEEF, ONIONS AND 1 CUP CHEESE. LAYER REMAINING SHELLS OVER CHEESE. POUR REMAINING SAUCE OVER SHELLS, COATING WELL.
COVER WITH FOIL. BAKE 30 MINUTES. REMOVE FOIL SPRINKLE REMAINING 1 CUO CHEESE OVER TOP. BAKE UNCOVERED ABOUT 15 MINUTES LONGER. TOP INDIVIDUAL SERVINGS WITH LETTUCE, SOUR CREAM, BLACK OLIVES AND TACO SAUCE.
