Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- > 1/4 cup wheat germ
- > 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- > 1 cup chopped almonds or soya nuts
- > 1 cup cranberries or any dried fruit
- > 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- > 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- > 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- > 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Details
Preparation
Step 1
> Line 13 X 10 inch pan with parchment paper
> Mix all dry ingredients and stir in butter
> Fold in condensed milk until well blended
> Press evenly into pan
> Bake 25-30 minutes @ 325 until brown
> Cool slightly and remove from pan
> Peel off parchment and cut into bars.
> Enjoy
