Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef for meatballs – no oregano
- 1 soup bone
- 2 lbs round steak cut into cubes
- 2 bunches escarole chopped – boil for twenty minutes and rinse thoroughly (gets rid of bitterness)
- 1 lb bag carrots
- 4-5 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 1/3 box orzo
- Garlic salt
- Garlic powder
- Pepper
- Bay leaf
- Basil
- Parsley
