3 Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 19 oz. Cento Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 19 oz. Cento White Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 19 oz. Cento Chick Peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 oz. Cento White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 oz. Bellino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt, and Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix beans, onions, celery and green pepper; cover and set aside. In a separate dish, mix vinegar, oil, salt and black pepper; cover with plastic wrap. Chill both bean mixture and dressing for up to 3 hours. Before serving, pour dressing over bean mixture; mix until evenly coated.
