Praline Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 C sugar
  • 3 C finely ground pecans
  • 2 T. cocoa
  • 1 cube butter or margarine
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 heaping T. marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in a large kettle sugar, ground pecans, cocoa, butter, milk. Cook, stirring constantly until soft ball stage. Remove from heat, and add 2 or 3 heaping T. of marshmallow cream and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Stir or beat until slightly dull, then pour onto greased cookie sheet to cool. Then slice into cubes.
