Ingredients
- 2 packages of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts diced up
- 1 16 ounce container of sour cream
- 1- 8 ounce pack of philly cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup parm cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or monterey jack or mix I say 1/2 cup or more shredded cheese
- chopped garlic to your liking (2-3 cloves) or 2 tsp out of the jar
- salt and pepper if needed
