Reuben chowder : 1 Tbs butter, 3 slices rye bread, 1 can campbell nacho cheese soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 3 cups milk, 1 can sauerkraut, 1 lb corned beef, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. -Butter bread of both sides. Cube. Bake on ungreased baking sheet @375° 6-8 minutes. Mix soups, milk, sauerkraut, and corned beef in saucepan; cook over med heat 10 mins. Add cheese. Stir till melted. Top with bread pieces. (I cooked soup in crockpot on low for 3 hours) DELICIOUS!!!
