Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Jif Mocha spread
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. McCormick coffee extract
- 1/4 c. dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 box of instant Jell-o chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 1 c. dark chocolate chips
- 1 c. Andes peppermint crunch pieces

Preparation
Step 1
1.In a bowl, cream the butter, mocha spread, and sugars until fluffy. Add the eggs and extract and beat again. Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, pudding, and salt. Slowly add to the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and peppermint pieces. Chill at least 30 minutes.
2.Roll dough into 1 inch balls and bake at 350* for 8 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Store in a sealed container.
