Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 2 c. cheddar cheese
• 20 ml. baking powder
• salt and pepper
• 1.2 tsp. dry mustard powder
• 2 eggs, beaten
• milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients, except milk. Add enough milk to make a thick lumpy batter.

2. Spoon into muffin pans and bake for 12-15 min at 360 degree F.
