Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp grated ginger root or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp rapid or quick yeast
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add pineapple juice, butter, ginger, brown sugar, salt, flour and yeast to bread machine set on dough cycle according to manufacturers directions.
2. Remove dough from the machine upon completion of the dough cycle and place on a lightly floured work surface. Form dough into 8-10 balls and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for about an hour in a warm, draft-free location.
3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 15-20 mins.
