Ingredients

  • 21 oz. medium pasta shells
  • green pepper
  • onion
  • carrots-shredded or chopped
  • 2 C. mayo
  • 1 C. vinegar
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shells according to package. Add chopped veggies. Combine rest of ingredients and mix with pasta and veggie mix.

*Best if made the night before.
