Ingredients
- 1 cup favorite homemade mayonnaise
- 3 roasted jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 trimmed and chopped scallion
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- juice of 1 lime
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use, or for up to 1 week.
