Ingredients
- Yields 4 servings
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef or thin sliced beef
- 1 can reduced fat or fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen peas
Preparation
Step 1
Cook egg noodles according to package
In separate large skillet over medium heat, saute the meat for 5-10 minutes or until brown. Drain any excess fat. Add soup and garlic powder and simmer for 10 min. stirring occasionally.
Add sour cream and handful of peas. Continue heating over low heat until peas are hot. Add salt and pepper as needed
Serve over egg noondes
