Apple Walnut Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 4 cps apples, sliced thin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup suagr
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease and flour 13x9 dish or pan. Place apples in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix. Put walnuts on top.

Combine topping ingredients. Pour this mixture over apples and bake 1 hour.
