Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak trimmed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • coooking spray
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp canola mayonaise
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet and srpinkle both sides of flank steak with salt and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray and add steak. Cook 5 minutes on each side and let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
While steak cooks, combine sour cream and next 5 ingredients (through juice) in a small bowl with a whisk. Stir in chives and parsley. Serve sour cream mix with steak.
