Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, room temp.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl beat butter until light and fluffy. Add sugars, lemon zest, vanilla and egg and blend until smooth. In another bowl mix together flour and baking powder and slowly add to dough. Cut dough into shapes and decorate. Bake 12-15 mins.
