Twix Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

• 2 8-ounce bars cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 16 chopped Twix Fun Size Bars (16 grams each; 2 cups total)

Preparation

Step 1

With an electric mixer, beat 2 8-ounce bars cream cheese (at room temperature) with ½ cup sugar and 2 large eggs. Mix in 16 chopped Twix Fun Size Bars (16 grams each; 2 cups total); pour into an 8-inch chocolate cookie piecrust.
Bake at 325º F until set, 40 to 45 minutes; cool. Sprinkle with 6 chopped Twix bars; chill until firm.
