Pork Chops with Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1 med. onion peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. crushed dried dillweed
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat and spray with vegetable cooking spray; brown pork chops on both sides; drain.
2. Add onion, water, caraway seed, paprika, salt, dillweed and garlic powder. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr. adding more water if necessary.
3. Remove pork chops from skillet; cover and keep war. Stir sour cream into skillet, mixing with pan juices to make a sauce. Serve.
