  • JALAPENO BASED NACHO CHEESE SAUCE
  • HABANERO SAUCE
  • GRILLED JALAPENOS
  • GRILLED ONIONS
  • GRILLED GREEN PEPPERS
  • SAUERKRAUT

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT A GRILL OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT

PLACE THE SPLIT HOT DOG AND THE BUN ONTO THE GRILL.

ONCE BUN IS TOASTED, PLACE A BORDER OF THE NACHO CHEESE SAUCE AROUND THE EDGES OF THE BUN. THIS WILL ACT AS GLUE TO KEEP THE HOT DOG OPEN, READY FOR STUFFING.

ONCE THE HOT DOG IS FINISHED, PLACE IT IN THE BUN.

SPOON THE HABANERO SAUCE DOWN THE MIDDLE AND TOP WITH GRILLED JALAPENOS, ONIONS, AND GREEN PEPPERS TO TASTE. FINISH WITH SAUERKRAUT TO TASTE.
