Ingredients
- 4 cups white beans already cooked & drained
- 1 cucumber, seeded and chopped however you like
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped however you like
- 1 scallion, green part and bulb chopped however you like
- 200 g canned tuna, drained and fluffed with a fork (1 can)
- 2 heaping spoonfuls of pesto
- salt and pepper to taste
