Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. drained capers
- 4 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- Kosher salt to taste

Pulse first 7 ingredients in a food processor 2-3 times or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Season with salt to taste.
