Swedish Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Butter
  • 2 C Flour
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 6 Egg Yolks, poached
  • 3 T Milk
  • 1/2 t Grated Lemon peel + 1 t Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter and sugar. Add sieved egg yolks.

2. Blend in milk and lemon seasonings. Add combined flour and salt.

3. Dough may be used in cookie press, rolled and cut out, or formed into balls and pressed with buttered and sugared glass.

4. Bake at 375 for 5-6 minutes.
