Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 lb Lobster in chunks
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Flour - all purpose
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup Sherry
- Cooked Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter/margarine, flour, mustard and paprika. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Gradually add milk and cream. Stir and cook til thick and smooth. Stir in lobster, mushrooms, salt and sherry.
Serve over rice.
