Coconut Cream Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 package butter recipe golden cake mix
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 package flaked coconut
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix according to package directions
pour into three greased and floured pans
bake at 350* FOR 20 TO 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, coconut, pecans and sugar
place one cake on a serving platter, spread with a third of the sour cream mixture
repeat on other two layers
store in the refrigerator
