Ingredients
- 8 eggs, separated
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2)
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoon melted butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk

Preparation

pour batter Into a buttered glass pan,
Set baking dish in a large pan and add very hot water to a depth of about 1 inch
bake at 350* for 45 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned.
