Step 1

In a large bag combine 1/4 c canola oil, 2 chopped green onions, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 minced garlic clove 1 tsp grated lime peel, 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes and 1/4 tsp epper. Then add 2 lbs cooked medium shrimp that has been peeled and deveined. Toss to coat and refigerate 30 minuts. Drain and discard marijnade and then place on serviing platter.
