Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cups Rice
  • 1 quart Water
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice in 1 quart of boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

Add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper and blend. Form a mixture into small balls. Roll balls in bread crumbs and fry in 1/2 inch of hot oil until golden brown.
