Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt & pepper
- 6 tsp hot chili powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can kidney beans
- Tacos: 1 cup flour, 1 cup corn meal, 1 tsp salt, water
Preparation
Step 1
For Chili, brown beef & onions, add rest & cook 1 hour.
For tacos, add everything with just enough water to hold together, doesn't take much!!
Roll out thin & fry in hot grease.
Serve with chopped lettuce then shredded cheese & salt/pepper.
