Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat
- 2 cups ground nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar + honey
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Soak wheat several hours and drain. Put in a pot and cover with water; boil for 1 hour. Drain. Put back in pot and cover with water; boil for another hour. Drain. Spread out on a towel and cover with another towel; let dry for several hours. If you will be using it the following day, put wheat in a bowl and cover with saran wrap and refrigerate. To mix, add 2 cups ground nuts, 1/2 cup sugar/honey and vanilla. Stir until blended and mound in a bowl.
