White Almond Sour Cream Cake (Emily)

Ingredients

  • Add the following to the bowl:
  • 2 boxes white cake mix
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • whisk the above together in mixing bowl
  • 8 egg whites
  • 2 2/3 C water
  • 4 T oil
  • 2 C sour cream
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 t almond

Preparation

Step 1

Beat on low for 2 minutes
bake in greased and floured pans for about one hour at 325 degrees.


(This makes a huge cake. Half it for a regular cake)
