Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 t. chili powder
- Mushrooms optional
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni cooked til just about done, drain
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce or 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 can vegetarian vegetable soup or Veg-All if using tomato juice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger, onions and celery; drain
Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
