Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast halves, diced and cooked
- 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 lb Penne Pasta
- 1 Bell Pepper, Diced
- 3 Green Onions, Diced
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives
- 1/4 Cup Celery, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Italian Dressing
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Dice chicken, and cook in a medium frying pan over medium heat until cooked all the way through. Cook Bacon, and set aside to cool.
2. Boil 2 quarts of salted water, add pasta. Cook for approximately 11 mins, or until Penne Pasta is "al dente". Strain, and run under cold water.
3. Dice bell pepper, green onions, celery, and slice olives. Chop cooked bacon into little bits.
4. Place cooked pasta, cooked chicken, cooked bacon, and cut vegetables in large salad bowl. Pour Ranch and Italian Dressing over and toss. Chill in fridge for an hour or until served.
