Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lrg cauliflower-cut into florets
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • pinch of salt/pepper
  • 2/3 cups heavy cream
  • pinch of mace
  • 2 TBS of white wine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In broth, cook cauli, till tender. Drain & reserve broth. Measure broth & add cream to make 2 cups. Melt butter & blend flour & mace. Add broth mix & blend until thick. Off heat, & add wine, parm, @ salt & pepper. Arrange florets in greased 2 Qt casserole, add sauce. Mix topping & bake 15 min -1/2 hour @ 350. Topping: 2/3 bread crumbs, 3 TBS butter, 1 TBS Parm Cheese.
