Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Cooked lobster meat
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 4 cups Milk
- Cooking Sherry
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms in butter. Add flour. Add seasonings. Add milk, and stir until thick. Add lobster and then sherry. Pour into greased casserole and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
