Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lg pkg Strawberry Jello
  • 1 lg Frozen Strawberries - thawed
  • 1 small can Crushed pineapple
  • 1 8 oz Sour Cream
  • Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Jello according to instructions on box. Add strawberries and drained pineapple. Pour 1/2 of mixture into any size container, preferably 8 1/2 x 9 inch. Chill until slightly firm.

Set aside remaining mixture so that it stays liquified.

When first layer is chilled, spread sour cream on top and pour remaining Jello mixture on top of that. Chill until well set.

When set, spread pecans on top.
