Jodi's Cream Cheese and Shrimp Dip
You can serve this as a spread with toast or crackers, or throw in a little more sour cream for something chip-ready and divine.

Ingredients
- 14 ounces peeled and deveined cooked shrimp, finely chopped
- One 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (scallions), white and light green parts
- 2 tsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- Crackers, crusty bread, or raw vegetables, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, sour cream, mustard and hot sauce well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
