Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Crisco shortening
- 2 (8-ounce) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 TBLSP lemon juice
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs, sugar and shortening. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is set. top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill.
Top with pie filling. Refrigerate.
