Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2-1 lb. leftover chicken or turkey
  • 1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion in the butter til tender.
In 1 quart casserole mix:
Broth
Chicken or turkey
Cheese
Rice
Cover, bake at 375 for 1 hour.
