Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2/3 C pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 8 OZ cream cheese
- 4 TBS butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs. Add rest of bread ingredients and beat well. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 17 minutes. While hot, invert onto tea towel slightly damp and dusted with powdered sugar. Roll up and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove from towel and spread with filling. Re roll and wrap in foil. Refrigerate or freeze.
