Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine 1/3 c vegatable oil with 2 c brown sugar. Mix well, then add 2 eggs, then stir in 1 1/2 c flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt and then add 1 tsp vanilla. Spread batter ina a greased 9x9 pan. Then sprinkle 1 c butterscotch bits. Bake for 40 minutes. After cooling for one minute use a knife to swirl the bits to give a marbalized effect.
