Fresh Herb Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice or a combination
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs: dill, thyme, basil etc.
  • pinch salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a mini-blender 30 seconds until smooth. Toss with salad just before serving.
