Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice or a combination
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs: dill, thyme, basil etc.
- pinch salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a mini-blender 30 seconds until smooth. Toss with salad just before serving.
