Sesame Garlic Greens

This recipe is perfect for using Asian greens such as bok choy, mizuna, and tatsoi, but it is also delicious with plain old spinach or swiss chard

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 pound fresh greens, washed, stemmed and roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp local honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a sate pan.
Add the garlic, sesame seeds and greens, stirring occasionally.Once the greens are completely wilted, turn the heat to low.
Add the honey and soy sauce. Sauce another two minutes then remove from heat.
Serve hot or cold.
