  • 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
  • 1 ENVELOPE DRY ONION SOUP MIX
  • 1/2 ITALIAN SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/4 C MILK
  • 1/4 C FLOUR
  • 2 T VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2 CANS CREAN OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1 PACKET DRY AU JUS MIX
  • 3/4 C WATER

Preparation

Step 1

IN LARGE BOWL, MIX GROUND BEEF. ONION SOUP MIX, BREAD CRUMBS AND MILK. SHAPE INTO 8 PATTIES.
HEAT OIL IN SKILLET. DREDGE THE PATTIES IN FLOUR JUST TO COAT AND QUICKLY BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. PLACE BROWNED PATTIES INTO SLOW COOKER STACKING ALTERNATELY LIKE A PYRAMID.
IN A MEDIUM BOWL MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER MEAT. COOK ON LOW FOR 4-5 HOURS.
