Hot Taco Rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 11/2 cups medium salsa
- 1 cab (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 chicken bouillion cube
- 11/2 cups Minute Instant Rice
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 20mins
Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon cube. Bring to full boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 mintues.
Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package. Serve beef mixture over rice; top w/garnishes.
*Garnishes: chopped tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, torilla chips, sliced olives
