Ingredients

  • 3-4 potatoes-raw, sliced, salted and peppered
  • 1-2 onions, sliced
  • Uncooked rice--enough to cover onion
  • 1/2-1 lb. hamburger
  • Tomato juice

Preparation

Step 1

In casserole or pan layer--
Potatoes
Onions
Rice
Hamburger
Pour tomato juice over top til it covers ingredients
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2-2 hours
