Cilantro-Pesto Vinaigretter

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. fresh Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp. pine nuts or slivered almonds
  • 1 garlic clove

Step 1

Puree all ingredients in a mini-blender. Drizzle over cooked fish or chicken when serving.
