Ingredients

  • Small can of peeled diced tomatoes
  • yellow and orange peppers
  • 1/4-1/2 vidalia onion
  • 1/4-1/2 English cucumber (seedless)
  • celery
  • Italian dressing
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • pinch of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Ann does this in her blender/food processor
She puts equal amounts of each veggie into the mix as she likes the veggies
