Ingredients
- 1 -2 lbs. of ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's condensed tomato soup (regular or healthy request)
- I packet of taco seasoning
- 1 jar (16 oz.) Pace Picante sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
- 6 flour tortillas (6-inch) cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook the beef in a 10 - 12 skillet over medium high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir in the soup, taco seasoning, picante sauce, water, and tortillas and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes, Stir the beef mixture. Top with the cheese.
Serving suggestions on the side: chopped tomatoes, chopped pickled jalapenos, chopped green onions, sour cream, black olives, picante sauce, etc.
